Verified drivers

Every driver's ID, licence and vehicle papers are checked before they can drive, and again when they expire.

On some rides you give the driver a 4-digit PIN to start: you're in the right car.

Send a live link to someone you trust. They see the driver, the car and where you are.

One tap alerts our safety team and your emergency contact, and shows emergency numbers to call.

If a ride stops for a long time away from your destination, or heads away from it, the app asks you. No answer, and our team calls.

After a late-night ride the app checks that you got home, so you can tell us at once if anything went wrong.

Moto drivers show us the passenger helmet they carry before they can drive, and the app reminds both of you to wear it.
